Hazelight Studios Announces New Game Titled “Split Fiction”

Through The Game Awards 2024, developer Hazelight Studios announced their newest Co-op Adventure game entitled Separate Fiction. Josef Fares will be the Director of this game who is the game creator of the two previous games It Takes Two and A Way Out.

Josef Fares also explained several features of this latest game. This game will tell the story of two aspiring writers who accidentally got ‘stranded’ in the same simulation of one of their stories.

Once they learn that their story is about to be stolen by an evil tech company, they must find a way to escape “through the world they have created.” Each level will switch between a fictional world and a fantasy world.

The game will also present unique mechanisms for each level, one of which is a baby dragon that can grow into a giant dragon. The rasasa dragon can also fly here and there and fight its enemies.

Hazelight Studios’ signature Co-op game

Similar to the previous Hazelight Studio game, Josef Fares confirmed that you only need to buy 1 copy of the game to play it and Co-op with friends.

Besides that, features Friends Ticket is also being developed further. Split Fiction will provide options Cross Game for Playstation, Xbox and PC Steam. He also emphasized that this game will not have microtransactions. We as players only need to buy the game.
